Sump Pump Failure Causes Damage To Carpet

The saying goes "April showers bring May flowers", but for this homeowner, April showers brought flooding into the basement caused by the sump pump.

The carpet covering the majority of the basement was affected and had to be removed along with the baseboards. Luckily, the walls were able to be dried without having to be cut.
