This fire loss caused the entire 2 floors of the home to be completely gutted. The pictures shown are the before and after of the upstairs. Prior to being gutted, ours crews removed all of the furniture and home items to either be cleaned, salvaged, or disposed of. Depending on the customer's decision. After the home was gutted, our crews then cleaned the joists and studs. They first used equipment to dry clean the soot, dust, and debris from the house frame. After a dry cleaning was performed, they then went to a wet cleaning. The wet cleaning was done with various cleaning agents strong enough to remove even the toughest fire caused grime. Once the structure was cleaned, the building was deodorized to remove any smoke odor. The project was finally finished with reconstruction and carpentry. A new roof and outside repairs also needed to be done.
