Oriental Rug Cleaning

Cleaning oriental/area rugs can sometimes be tricky. These are so many different fibers that these specialty rugs can be made of....silk, cotton, rayon and wool are the most common. Look at the difference between the before and after!! In this case, the rug is a Persian...it is made out of cotton and other natural fibers. The cleaning process is delicate because if the wrong solutions are used, you can ruin the fibers....they will turn brown and get stiff. This damage is usually irreversible. SERVPRO cleaning products were used, and as you can see, it looks great.
