Kitchen Water Damage

This photo shows water damage under the cabinet of the kitchen sink. The water supply line to the dishwasher had been leaking causing mold to grow. We removed the base of the cabinet that had the mold on it and were then able to access the rest of the affected area. Next, we applied an antimicrobial solution and properly cleaned the entire area removing all of the mold. After the area was properly cleaned and dried the bottom and base of the cabinet was rebuilt. The final step was to install a new laminate floor to make this kitchen "Like it never even happened". Some water damages happen in areas where we can't always see them right away causing secondary damage, like mold, to occur.
